Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and rentals made with Hoop New Jersey (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking an experience, submitting payment, or using our equipment, you agree to all terms below.

A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure an event date.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.

Failure to remit payment by the due date will result in cancellation of the booking.

Booking & Payment


Free delivery is included within New Jersey. A $50 delivery fee applies to all New York locations. Clients must ensure adequate parking and access for trailer setup. Any venue imposed parking or access fees are the responsibility of the client.

Travel & Delivery Fees


If a client cancels 7 or more days prior to the event date, the deposit will be issued as a booking credit valid for 180 days from the original event date. Credits are non-transferable and may only be applied to one future event.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of all payments made. No credits or refunds will be issued.

All rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

We operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.

Unsafe conditions include: severe storms, high winds, lightning, flooding, if the state is under “State of Emergency” advisory.

Weather Policy


Client must provide: minimum of 20-25 ft of flat & level space, clear access path for trailer entry, adequate parking clearance, access to standard electrical outlet (minimum 800 watts).

Hoop New Jersey reserves the right to refuse setup if location is unsafe, inaccessible, or not as described at the time of booking. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Setup typically begins 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time. The client or a designated responsible party must be present and available upon arrival. If access to the setup location is delayed due to the client, a wait time fee will be applied & may result in a shortened event time without refund.

A responsible adult must be present at all times. Children must be supervised by parents or guardians. Participants must follow all posted rules and staff instructions (if applicable).

Supervision & Use


Client assumes responsibility for loss or damage caused by guests due to misuse, negligence or vandalism.

By participating in the activity, participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with recreational basketball arcade play.

Damage & Liability


Hoop New Jersey shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from such delay or non performance.

If performance is partially possible, Hoop New Jersey reserves the right to modify even timing, duration, or format as reasonably necessary without refund.

Force Majeure


Hoop New Jersey may photograph or record portions of events for promotional and marketing purposes.

If the client or guests do not wish to appear in promotional material, written notice must be provided prior to the event date.

By submitting payment and/or signing a service agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
